Hi, I’m Rachel Barrow.

I conduct mixed-methods UX research, providing thoughtful and actionable insights for better product design. I have utilized methods including usability testing, prototype/concept testing, in-depth interviews, benchmarks, surveys, diary studies, heuristic assessments, and competitor teardowns.

As I hope you’ll gather from these case studies, my work style is collaborative, and I like to strike a balance of highly organized yet open to where the process takes us.

I’m a terrible cook, but a passionate researcher. I’m also a former educator, a tentative skier, a mum (I’m Australian so I’m allowed to spell it that way), and a fan of Premier League Football.
